This is a unique restaurant with a multi-grill facility where food is
grilled in rice straw, in a sand pit, on stone and in a tandoor. This
variety of grilling methods all under one roof is unheard of and is a first
time introduction to the restaurant industry.
Most of the dishes are a variety of Barbecued items, which include:
- Fish fillet wrapped in banana leaf cooked in our sand pit or rice straw cooker.
- Chicken fillet cooked on stone or wrapped in banana leaf cooked in the sand pit or rice straw cooker.
- Milk and Beer-fed Veal cooked on stone.
- Swiss Saanen Goat Mutton cooked on stone.
- Marinated Paneer
- Vegetables
They also serve continental dishes like Pasta with Blue Cheese sauce, Cheese
Fondue, Raclette, Rosti all of which are a first time introduction in Goa.
Their wide range of wines, cocktails and other liquors can accompany all
this exciting food.
