Jazz Garden mainly offers Mexican and Continental cuisines besides a few Cajun/Creole and Indian dishes.
Mexican food is always a favorite and is characterized by its cheese and tomato-based sauces. The menu includes:
- Starters: Tacos (crispy fried corn tortilla chips) with a choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian fillings, Nachos (corn tortilla chips) with a choice of guacamole, cheese or non-vegetarian toppings.
- Soups: Tortilla Soup (broth with tomato, corn, peppers, avocado and chicken topped with tortilla chips).
- Main course: Chicken Fajita (grilled & marinated chicken strips with pepper and onion served on a sizzler) Chicken Burrito (chicken, beans and cheese rolled in flour tortillas with enchilada sauce and cheese), Quesadillas (flour tortillas stuffed with babycorn, mushrooms, beans, onions, chili and cheese) and Cottage Cheese Burrito (Cottage Cheese, beans and cheese rolled in flour tortillas, cheese and enchilada sauce).
The Continental fare at Jazz garden is made of Italian and French selections. Italian food is a favorite with everyone, as is French cuisine, and both these are excellently concocted using cheeses from A.B.C. Farms. The menu includes:
- Salads: Slices of cold Beef with Melon and tossed green salad with basil vinaigrette.
- Soups: Minestrone (meat, beans and pasta soup with vegetables and rosemary) and Mushroom and Spinach soup.
- Pastas: Lasagne Bolognese (layers of pasta with bolognese sauce), Spinach Mushroom and Ricotta cheese Lasagne, Spinach and Cheese stuffed Ravioli, Fettuccini with spinach or herbs, Macaroni and Spaghetti with a choice of sauces which include Tuna, tomato, olives and peppers; beef julienne, leeks, lemon rind and rosemary; and black, oyster and button mushrooms, oregano, tomato and brandy.
- Main course: Fricassee of mixed seafood (seafood with a sauce of white wine, mustard and cucumber), Grilled chicken breast (stuffed chicken breast grilled with cheese and red wine sauce) and Roast Leg of Lamb (with fresh herbs in a walnut and mint sauce).
Cajun/Creole food comes from New Orleans and the dishes are made using spicy and pungent sauces like mustard, barbecue and tartar. The menu includes starters such as Cajun Prawns, Mushroom Sacks and Peppered Beef and the main course, Peppered Jumbo Prawns and Grilled Fillet Steak with a whole lot of other mouth watering dishes.
The Indian section provides a few dishes from different Indian cuisines like Kashmiri, Punjabi, Bengali, and Rajasthani. Manglorean, Goan, Madrasi, Hyderabadi, Malyali, Parsi and Bohri. The Indian food is accompanied by a choice of Naans, Rotis and Rice.
Popular desserts are Mississippi Mud Pie, Tiramisu, Lemon Tarts, Rum & Raisin Banana cake with Vanilla Ice cream, besides others.
